Mr. K. Y. Kwok is senior partner of the firm. He is experienced in various practice areas, and has acted as legal advisor for various developers and property managers, banks, insurance companies and statutory corporations. He has delivered many legal talks for the Government, professional and public bodies, developers and property management companies and fellow solicitors, and has also written quite some articles in property management. He is also a China-appointed Attesting Officer, a Notary Public, and an Honorary Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Housing. He was appointed by the Government as a Convenor of Panel Advisor on Building Management Disputes of Home Affairs Department and a Chairman of Appeal Tribunal Panel (Buildings).
